Event venue

The conference will take place at the Albert Borschette Congress Center, Rue Froissart 36, 1040 Etterbeck.

Please make sure to bring your ID that you have used during the registration process with you as you will be requested to show it at the reception to receive your V-pass.
Prior to the event you will receive a QR code per email which will facilitate the process onsite.

Networking cocktail

A networking cocktail will be organised on the 22nd of March at Sofitel Place Jourdan, 1. B-1040 Brussels, Belgium.

Please be informed that on the 22nd of March a European summit will take place, therefore the police vigilance is increased for the security of everyone. Which means police officer will be present in the European area in Brussels including the hotel.

Local transportation

Please be informed that your local transportation is not organised. The hotel is at walking distance from the venue.
